Terms and Conditions

The purchase of this membership requires a 12 month minimum commitment (or 24 months as stated above). Memberships cancelled before the end of the minimum commitment will be charged for the balance of the membership to the payment type on record. Upon completion of the minimum commitment, the membership is billed on an annual basis and will automatically renewed unless canceled. This authority is to remain in full force and effect until Company has received written notification from customer of its termination in such time and in such manner as to afford Company and Depository a reasonable opportunity to act on it. In no event shall it be effective with respect to entries processed by the Company prior to receipt of notice of termination. Customer further authorizes the Company to initiate such credit entries to said account as may be necessary to correct any erroneous debit entries previously initiated thereto. Customer authorizes the Depository to accept and to credit or debit the amount of such entries to Customer’s Account. Customer has the right to stop payment of any entry by notification to Depository prior to the posting of item to the account. Customer authorizes ASLAN Mechanical, LLC to initiate debit entries to Customer’s checking/savings account/credit card provided to debit the same to such account. Customer acknowledges that the origination of ACH/credit card transactions to Customer’s account must comply with the provisions of U.S. law. Only applicable to residential customers.
